Shipping Policy

At Write.On, we want your order to reach you smoothly, wherever you are. Here's what to expect.

How Long Before My Order Ships?
We pack and prepare orders within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday). As soon as your box is on its way, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Do You Ship to My Country?
Right now, we deliver to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Switzerland, Poland, Portugal, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, Czechia, Sweden, Austria, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong SAR.

Delivery Times
Depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout, here's roughly how long shipping takes:

Within the U.S.:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3-7 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 business days

Outside the U.S.:

  • USPS Priority Mail International: 7-21 business days
  • DHL Express Worldwide: 5-14 business days (timing depends on destination and how quickly your package clears customs)

What Will Shipping Cost?
Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your order, your delivery address, and which carrier you choose.

Tracking Your Order
Every order ships with tracking, sent straight to your inbox — so you'll always know where your box is.

Customs Fees for International Orders
If you're ordering from outside the U.S., your country may charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees on arrival. These charges aren't included in what you pay us and are the customer's responsibility to cover. Heads up: if a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, we're not able to issue a refund.

If Something Goes Wrong in Transit
Once your package leaves our hands and is with the carrier, any delays or loss during shipping become the carrier's responsibility. If this happens, reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking number — and let us know too, since we're glad to help you gather whatever information you need for a claim.

Shipping Addresses
We ship to physical street addresses only — we're currently not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please double-check your address at checkout, as we can't cover reshipping or refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided.
